We require our potential adopters to read these books in order to familiarize you with the breed and learn what to expect when adopting a Greyhound. You may choose either (or both!) of the following:
- Retired Racing Greyhounds for Dummies (Lee Livingood)
- Adopting The Racing Greyhound (Cynthia Branagan)
If you have children:
- Retired Racing Greyhounds for Dummies (Lee Livingood)
- Childproofing Your Dog (Brian Kilcommons and Sarah Wilson) *required if you have children or your greyhound will be interacting with children on a regular basis*
